Out with the old and in with the new. Our client’s dream was to create a more spacious, light-filled kitchen/lounge dining room living area with lots more storage options. Jay Jay Builders team worked together to create the perfect solution. Our clients now love spending time in their new and improved space which is by far the heart of their home. During this renovation, we installed a temporary kitchen so the family could continue with their day-to-day life. We also took the existing lounge wall down that separated the kitchen and lounge area and installed a hySPAN^® LVL support beam while strengthening the bungalow with additional framing and construction.
